GM Offers Free Maintenance on New Cars

Have you been considering purchasing or leasing a new Chevy, Buick or GMC lately? If so, now may be the time to make your move as GM has recently announced two years of free maintenance on most 2014 models.

According to GM, the new maintenance program includes certain scheduled services for two years or 24,000 miles, whichever occurs first. The plan will include "oil and filter change, four-wheel tire rotation, and a 27-point vehicle inspection based on what's called for in the vehicle owner's manual maintenance schedule and oil life monitoring system."

GM says the program will cover up to four service visits in the 24-month period, and is fully transferable to subsequent owners. Customers who have already purchased or leased a 2014 model vehicle will receive the scheduled maintenance program as well.

Before purchasing or leasing a new GM vehicle, make sure to use the free for maximum savings.
