That's why you should pay attention to which vehicles have the highest rate of satisfaction - it shows which cars buyers are most happy with.Consumer Reports recently took a look at the 10 cars with the most satisfied owners. The Tesla Model S topped the list of most satisfied owners, while the Dodge Grand Caravan had the least satisfied.
